Version 1.07 Update on May 21st
Greetings Captains!
The game will undergo maintenance at 02:30 May. 21st, 2015 (PDT, server time). The maintenance is estimated to take about 2 hours.
Below is the update list:
New Features:
1.New Feature: World Boss
(The World Boss event will launch on server 1 Vulcan, and will open on other servers shortly after. Pay attention to the official site for updates.)
Time:
Opens for a period of 2 hours each day at 05:00, 13:00, and 21:00.
Requirements:
Players level 20 and over can join.
Rules:
a)During the event, players can send their fleet to challenge the World Boss. Players will be ranked based on the total damage dealt to the World Boss, and receive relevant rewards after the event ends. The player who deals the final blow to the Boss will receive extra rewards. If the boss is not defeated, rewards will halve.
b)Challenging the Boss will consume 1 challenge attempt. Players have 10 challenge attempts for fighting the Boss for the first time. After that, challenge attempts will be reset at 00:00 each day. VIP players can recover extra challenge attempts each day.
c)When the Boss is killed, its power will increase the next time. If the boss is not killed for 3 times in a row, its power will decrease.
d)The extra challenge attempts will recover at 00:00 the next day if the player just become an VIP.
2.New Feature: Colonial Migration
a)Players can use items or credits to float their established colony base to a new location. You are unable to upgrade or obtain resources after levitating your colony base, until it has reached a new destination.
b)Colonies can only land on an empty unoccupied planetoid.
c)Abandoned colonies will become neutral planetoids without neutral monsters.
3.New Feature: Collection Rewards Event
a)Unlocks after Lv.10.
b)Save a bookmark of the game to your desktop to receive 20 Credits, 10,000 Metals, 5,000 Crystals, 1 Cloaking Item S and 1 Repair Item S.
Optimization:
1.Weighted Flying:
a)An unloading tip will pop up if there are any resources you can unload to increase speed when travelling to the exit point in the fluidic system screen.
2.Home Recall:
a)The Call Back button can now only be seen when the player is viewing the home base or colony. A confirmation will now allow players to allow or disallow call back orders.
3.Repair Features:
a)Repair Items: Ignores ship types; repairs by percentage without consuming resources.
b)Repair by Officer: The original speed-up feature has been removed. The officer can repair ships on other planetoids with resources. The officer’s ship can be repaired up to 80%.
4.Loot Protection:
a)Added an icon on the top left corner of the scanning panel showing current protection status.
b)When new player protection status ends, the system will send a mail to players that you’ve completed newbie quests, and will not be protected by the system.
c)Added a protection icon beside the Honor button.
d)Added an effect when protection status ends.
5.Sweep:
a)Adjusted UI and added special effects for some items.
b)Special effects of rewards on the Sweep panel will be played in a row.
6.Scanning Loading:
Improved resource loading when scanning.
7.Scanning UI:
The opponent’s combat power, ship info (up to 4 ship) and victory rewards will be displayed.
8.Guidance:
a)Added attack guidance for 1:2:0 and 2:2:0.
b)Changed the speed-up quest target to upgrading the Energy Station to Lv.3.
c)Adjusted the target of equipping a Lv.80 officer to equipping a Lv.70 officer.
9.Flight Order Optimization:
Ships will take a roundabout route if there are locked sectors.
10.Equipment Icon Optimization:
Optimized 21 equipment icons.
11.Officer UI Optimization:
a)Added an attribute preview.
b)Players are notified if the officer’s quality needs to be improved to level up.
c)Players are given tips on how to obtain shards when they do not have enough.
12.Optimized the Sweep function:
Sweep function is now available at Lv.16.
13.Optimized the discount shop:
When players’VIP expires, they will be unable to refresh multiple slots of goods at once. They still can purchase the goods refreshed before their VIP expired.
14.Optimized equipment display:
When judging power of new equipment, select the power of the weapon to replace.
15.Value Optimization:
a)Added 1 enemy in each stage after reaching normal stage sector 5. Enhanced the power of flagship enemies.
b)Increased the difficulty level after Lv.35 elite stage (9-3).
c)Increased the price of elite stage attempts to 120
16.Optimized the mail page:
Changed Receive All to Receive all on the page.
17.Optimized “Click to reconnect to battle” button:
a)The battlefield isn’t loaded successfully when attacking other players or when being attacked by other players. (When players lose connection or refresh the game). When players re-enter the game, the button will appear if the battlefield exists. If the battlefield is closed, the button will disappear.
b)Drops are only available when looting planetoids (No drops from looting ships).
18.Optimized reloading interface:
Consumed resources = amount of ammo reloaded × required resources of each ammo unit. Use red font when players’ current resources < the required resources.
19.Text Optimization:
Optimized squad-related text.
20.Optimized the EXP Bar:
Optimized the proportional synchronization.
21. Protection time
The protection time against repeated attacks on colonies is now 30 minutes.
Bug Fixes:
1.Adjusted the combat power of enemies in Sector 3 and Sector 5.
2.Fixed the price mistake for the item Phaser Beam in the shop.
3.Fixed the price display error when players’ VIP level drops to 0.
4.Fixed the text description error of the Elite Stage purchase attempts.
5.Fixed the bug of overlapping character images in the character creation panel.
6.Fixed the issue that after looting a colony, the Protection icon isn’t changed synchronously.
7.Fixed the issue where players could not purchase resources when their resources reached the upper limit.
8.Fixed the bug where invisibility effect expires, but the display isn’t changed.
9.Fixed the flight time issue.
10.Fixed the issue that the mail page will automatically jump to the first page.
11.Fixed the bug preventing some letters from being displayed when creating a new captain.
12.Fixed the bug that allowed players to recycle wreckage during travel.
13.Fixed the black screen problem when choosing factions or creating characters.
14.Fixed the issue with ships getting stuck when researching continuously.
15.Fixed the issue where the game would get stuck when synthesizing officers
16.Fixed the problem that the item price does not change with the purchase amount.
17.Fixed the issue where the 100,000-metal class ship’s power is incorrect.
