Version 1.12 Update on August 26th
Greetings, Captains!
First off, let us say hello to
all of those our team met at Star Trek Las Vegas. From new players to
old, it was great meeting you all and our players who stopped by to chat
with us had some great ideas for the game that we’ll definitely be
looking into further! If you haven’t seen them yet, check out some of
our pictures of cosplayers and the convention on our official Facebook page.
Without further ado, we are now preparing for the latest update to Star Trek: Alien Domain. Due to the cross-server features in this build, we will be implementing a slow roll out. Servers 1-3 will receive the patch first, and after a short time to make sure the new modes are working correctly and as intended, we will begin the process of launching the update on other servers.
The update is scheduled for 00:00 August.26th,2015(PDT,server time), and it should take approximately 3 hours.

Updates:
1. Added the Global Arena
The Global Arena is a mode that allows you to compete against players from other servers. It is unlocked after each server has been open long enough to fulfill certain criteria. The arena is only available for players Lv.32 and above.
1) Win a round in the Global Arena to receive 3 Arena Coins; lose a round and receive 1 Arena Coin.
2) Players have 5 challenges daily. Defeat higher-ranked players to win the challenge and obtain the opponent’s ranking.
3) Rewards are sent based on rankings between 00:00 – 00:10 daily.
4) Weekly rewards are sent based on the final rankings of players every week. All rankings will be cleared once the weekly rewards are sent.
5) Players can use Arena Coins to buy items in the Arena Shop. Available items refresh every 6 hours.
2. Added the Global Tournament
1) The Global Tournament is the ultimate battle between servers, and is available to players once their server has been opened long enough to reach certain criteria. Players can apply before 21:00 every Monday. Between 21:00 – 21:30 every day, players will automatically fight each other based on ratings. All players that lose will be eliminated, and players that win will continue battling. The final winner will be the Champion of the week.
2) All participants will receive rewards based on their rankings.
3. Added a travel cancel feature.
4. Added an unloading cancel feature.
Optimizations:
1. Foothold:
1) Added a Repair button on the base. Repair ships without consuming resources to restore all ship durability to the cap. Click the CHECK button on the top left to spend Credits to accelerate.
2) Added a View button on planetoids in the Planet Fight event. Click it to view the number of players on the current planetoid.
3) Players can see other player's System Battle Statuses.
4) Replaced the Planet Fight Background with a new background.
2. Travel in Lv.3 Scenes:
Optimized flight speed in Lv.3 scenes so it won't exceed 15 minutes.
3. PVP Damage:
Optimized damage in PVP battle, prolonging battle time to allow more strategy. Damage dealt in PVP will now be reduced by 30%.
4. Fleet Reserve Slots Increased:
Reserve slots have been expanded to 4 in the Fleet panel.
5. System Gameplay Rules:
Completed all in-game gameplay rules.
6. Ship Building Quests in Later Stages:
Ship building quests will now be related to the current character level.
7. Clearance Star Ratings:
Starting from the 6th Realm, the last 2 sectors’ star rating requirements for each Realm will be changed, adding 2 stage clearance star rating conditions.
1) When the battle ends, the remaining fleet HP should be equal to or more than the appointed HP percentage.
2) When the battle ends, there should be X ships, remaining HP of which should be equal to or more than the appointed HP percentage.
9. Building and Tech Updates:
More tech and building upgrades will now also feature character level requirements.
10. Optimized the Friend System:
1. When the friend limit is reached, players cannot add more friends. Other players also cannot add this player as a friend.
2. Friend requests will be kept for 1 day. If the friend request has not been handled after 1 day, the request will be deleted. The friend requests are displayed in the order of time. The newest request will be placed on the top of the list.
11. Optimized the Chat Box
Added a Screen Lock function. The messages in the chat box will not scroll up when the Screen Lock function is enabled. After disabling the Screen Lock, the messages in the chat box will scroll up automatically again.
12. Optimized the Officer's New Ability Display:
New officers increased attributes will be displayed in the panel.
13. Optimized the Purchase feature:
Added an Auto-purchase function in the game, clicking on the Auto-purchase button to automatically purchase items when you run out of them.
Bug Fixes:
1.Fixed the issue where player's info cannot be checked in the chat box.
2.Fixed the report error of construction in other scenes.
3.Fixed the grey skill icon bug when fighting the world boss with two accounts.
4.Fixed the dislocation bug of the loot log text
5.Fixed the occasional report error when closing the system battle interface and opening it again.
6.Fixed the address chaos bug in the enemy list.
7.Fixed the bug where negatives are displayed in the loot panel.
8.Fixed the bug that Strength is displayed without satellites.
9.Fixed the PCB item description problem.
10.Fixed the back-end report error after losing the system battle.
11.Fixed the bug where skills cannot be used after clicking the anti-proton storm in battle
12.Fixed the travel report error between two planetoids in different galaxies in the same sector.
13.Fixed the report error of the travel routine cancellation.
14.Fixed the invalidity bug of the page left and right buttons in the fleet details window.
15.Fixed the bug where deuterium is missing in the reward tips under the score.
16.Fixed the bug where the actual resources obtained from the investigation are not in line with what they are displayed.
17.Fixed the scene switch bug.
18.Fixed the report error for the resolving of second-time equipment.
20.Fixed the bug where Cloaking Devices cannot be properly used.
21.Fixed the report error when adding fleets in colonies.
22.Fixed the invalid move problem in the Lv.1 scene.
23.Fixed the bug of inconsistent badge color for the same star level
captains.Now the color of 1-star captain badges are white, 2-star
captain badges are green and 3-star are blue.
